Returns and exchanges are not accepted based on crystal characteristics or on change of mind. We do not allow refunds or exchanges on any sale items.

Stones are natural minerals each beautiful and unique in pattern and crystalline composure; therefore no two Durga Aura crystals will ever be the same. Please be aware as natural objects they are appearance can vary from the images shown and they may contain tiny fissures and pits. Please expect to find inclusions and beautiful markings within the crystal itself. Our designs and crystal cuts are made to show the beauty of a crystalline structure rather than looking like glass. Please be aware that our products a hand-cut so they will never be completely ‘perfect’.

All items purchased from Durga Aura are carefully packed with love and care. Each item is thoroughly inspected before being packaged and sent to all of our customers. We use soft foam padding and/or bubble wrap to ensure your crystals arrive safely. However, accidents may occur during transit on the rare occasion.

For breakages and exchange requests, please email at durgaauraaum@gmail.com with your order number # and a photo along with your query, within 7 days of you receiving your parcel.

Refunds and store credits will be issued at the discretion of Durga Aura. All refunds are made through the type of payment method in which you made the original purchase. Once we receive the item, we will begin to process the refund within 7-10 business days and we will notify you once the refund has been processed from our end.

Please note, Durga Aura may or may not reimburse return shipping charges on refunds or exchanges (this is determined on a case by case basis). Durga Aura bear no responsibility for the loss of an item being returned, which is why we recommend using registered mail to return an item. Durga Aura will not be held liable for items that are sent back broken or damaged, and may or may not process the refund/exchange if so.

Online orders are processed and shipped out within 2 working days.
During busy periods it can take up to 4 working days. This timeframe is for packing and dispatch only. Transit times will vary depending on your location.

Australia Post provides the following guidelines for delivery : 

• Sydney Metro: 1-2 working days 
• Other NSW: 2-3 working days 
• Canberra, Melbourne, Brisbane Metro: 2-4 working days 
• Other Cities and Regional Areas: 3-7 working days

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Which countries do we ship to? 
We ship internationally to all countries. Throughout the covid pandemic there have been a number of international shipping delays or pauses. We do our best to offer our goods to everyone, but are sometimes limited by where the shipping services available to us will deliver, which is out of our control. 

How long will it take? 
Orders are shipped out within 2 - 4 business days. International orders can take between 6-30 working days to arrive.

International shipping rates are as follows: 

up to 250g: $17


up to 500g: $25

up to 1kg: $45

up to 2kg:  $70

International orders are automatically labelled as "Authority to leave", which means that they do not require a signature and will be left in a safe place eg. near your front door. If you require a signature or have other instructions, please leave a note on your order when you are completing checkout.

You are responsible for any customs fees incurred with importing our products.
